Q. What are Ocean Waters Spa’s hours of operation?
A. Ocean Waters Spa is open 7 days a week. Monday-Thursday, we are open from 9 AM – 6 PM. Fridays and Saturdays from 9 AM – 7 PM and Sundays from 10 AM – 5 PM.
Q. What is a typical spa visit like?
A. Your visit to our European-style spa in Daytona Beach is an experience designed for total relaxation.
Once you arrive and check in, you will be escorted to our pre-treatment room where you will place your personal items in a locker and receive a robe, towel, spa slippers, and shower amenities. When you are ready, you will then be taken to our Utopia waiting room to await your treatment. After your treatment, you are invited to use our Steam Room or Jacuzzi.
Q. Do I always need a reservation?
A. Reservations are not required; however, we may not always have your desired treatment time available. It is best to reserve a treatment as far in advance as possible—by walking in, calling, or requesting a treatment online.

Q. What if I am running late for my treatment?
A. You should call the spa as soon as possible. If there is a treatment scheduled directly after yours, we may either have to cut your time short or reschedule your treatment. However, we make every effort to accommodate you and your schedule.
Q. What if I need to cancel my treatment?
A. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not call and miss an appointment, we reserve the right to charge half the price of the treatment to the credit card used to hold your reservation.
Q. Can I choose my massage technician?
A. You may specify a preference for a male or female massage technician when scheduling your treatment. Our ability to accommodate you will be based on availability at the time.
Q. What do I need to bring to the spa?
A. You must bring a bathing suit should you wish to use the Jacuzzi or Steam Room after your treatment. Swimsuits are required for male guests receiving Body Scrubs, Body Wraps or Hydrotherapy treatments. If you are pregnant, you must bring a doctor’s release to have treatments. Otherwise, we provide everything for you at our all-inclusive Daytona Beach spa.
Q. Are spa facilities handicapped accessible?
A. Yes, Ocean Waters Spa is handicapped accessible.
Q. What time should I arrive for my treatment?
A. You should arrive about 15 minutes in advance to check in, put your things away, and begin to relax before your treatment. You may also take advantage of our Jacuzzi and Steam Room before or after your treatments.
Q. How may I pay for my treatment?
A. You may pay for your Daytona Beach spa treatment by cash or major credit card. Checks are not accepted.
Q. What is the tipping policy?
A. Like all service-based businesses, we suggest and appreciate tipping 15-20% of the price of your treatment.
